Detectives Arrest Man in Domestic-Related Homicide in Langley Park

Homicide Unit detectives charged a man in connection with the murder of his father inside of the family’s home. The suspect is 25-year-old Robert Terreo Figueroa of the 7900 block of Riggs Road. He’s charged with killing 51-year-old Roberto Figueroa.  

On April 17th, at about 2:05 pm, patrol officers were called to the 7900 block of Riggs Road for a welfare check. When officers arrived, they discovered the victim suffering from a stab wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene. 

Figueroa admitted to killing his father. He is charged with first degree murder and other related charges. He’s being held at the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
