PGPD Announces the Graduation of Session 125


The Prince George’s County Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of 46 recruits from the Prince George’s Police Department’s Training Academy. Of the 46 graduates, 41 will join us here at the PGPD. Of the remaining five, four will join the Maryland-National Capital Park Police – Prince George’s County Division and one will join the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office.

Among the graduates, the oldest is 41 years old, the youngest is 21. We’re also proud to announce that three of the graduates are siblings of three PGPD officers, and one is the son of a retired PGPD officer. We also have a several military veterans joining our department. We’re looking forward to officially welcoming them all to the PGPD family this evening.
